LQ is a Proline( by Outlaw) 10'4" with dinette, 6 cuft fridge, microwave, 2 burner stove top,sink, am/fm/cd stereo. Solid oak wood throughout including 4-sided cabinets. Closet at front entrance as well as in bathroom and in nose. Lots OHC and 3 drawers. Queen bed. Bathroom with full shower, toilet, closet and vanity. Furnace and A/C.

Rubber flooring in both stock area and on tack room floor. Carpeted nose and drop. Tack has 4 saddle racks and 10 bridle hooks. All have tracking and plexiglass and a spare tire. 7 TALL X 7 WIDE. 7000lb axles with 2" lift so they will haul even with most trucks.
